Job Title: Lead/Senior React Native Developer
Experience: 7-10 Years
Domain: Healthcare
Responsibilities:
1. React Native Development:
o Lead the development efforts of an existing Android App in the healthcare industry using React Native.
o Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions.
2. Team Leadership:
o Provide guidance and mentorship to the existing junior development team based in France.
o Conduct code reviews and propose solutions to enhance code quality and performance.
3. Collaboration:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.
o Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with development efforts.
4. Code Optimization:
o Optimize and enhance the performance of the existing Android App.
o Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to achieve optimal efficiency.
5. Technical Leadership:
o Lead discussions on technical architecture, design decisions, and best practices.
o Stay updated on the latest advancements in React Native and mobile development.
6. Problem Solving:
o Apply strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the existing codebase.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
7. Documentation:
o Document code, technical decisions, and project-related information for knowledge sharing.
o Ensure comprehensive documentation for future reference.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Lead or Senior React Native Developer with 7-10 years of experience.
2. Strong proficiency in React Native development for Android.
3. Experience in the healthcare domain is a significant plus.
4. Leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on code reviews and collaboration.
5. Effective communication skills (Good English communication - French Speaking is Plus).
6. Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
