Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase the online visibility of our flagship platform, as well as our other platforms, driving traffic and engagement.

Implement effective conversion funnels: This highlights the process of guiding visitors towards joining the community.

Specifically for our websites:

Implement signup forms or pop-ups: This captures email addresses for further communication.
Optimize call-to-actions (CTAs): Make it clear and easy for visitors to join the community.
Develop gated content: Offer valuable resources accessible only after signing up.
Manage content updates, site maintenance, and optimizations on WordPress, to enhance the user experience and search engine rankings.

Collaborate with the development team to create bug tickets and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience across our platforms.

Collect and analyze user feedback to identify trends in technical issues or feature requests, sharing insights with relevant teams for product improvement.

Maintain and update IT, SEO, and customer support procedures, guidelines, and documentation to ensure best practices are followed. Provide support to members when needed.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the iOS and Android apps, keeping up-to-date with all features and updates.

Skills and Experience
Solid foundation in SEO practices and strategies, with proven success in enhancing online visibility.
Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, as well as e-commerce and online course platforms like Shopify and Teachable, as well as experience using Google Workspace, Slack and Asana.
Experience supporting similar systems or proven capability to learn a system, work with vendors and resolve issues.
Knowledge of payment processing systems such as Stripe and PayPal, subscription management tools like Simple Circ, and WordPress paywall solutions (e.g., Leaky Paywall).
Experience with custom WordPress themes and plugins, and automation tools like Zapier.
Strong analytical skills, with a preference for experience in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), Mixpanel, and CMS tools such as Intercom.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with an organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Team-oriented, embodying values of kindness and empathy.
A passion for mindfulness and enhancing the user experience through technical support, online optimization, and customer support

Fully Remote, But Timezone Important
This position is remote, offering flexibility, but requires at least 3 working hours compatible with the Halifax, Canada, time zone and at least 1 working hour compatible with the Sydney, Australia, time zone.

Our teams work in the Philippines, Italy, Indonesia, China, Canada, the USA and Australia.

Reliable internet and a functional computer are essential, as is the ability to communicate synchronously with the core team to ensure smooth progress on initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
