MIDDLE - REACT/NEXT.JS (1FE + 1BE/FULLSTACK)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a React Next.js web application with a focus on high performance and
scalability.
• Implement real-time chat functionality to facilitate interactive communication between AI
agents and users.
• Design and manage data storage solutions with MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and
availability.
• Enhance application responsiveness and efficiency through Redis caching and task queue
management.
• Process and handle media content on the frontend, optimizing for performance across
various devices.
• Collaborate with design teams to convert graphical designs into functional user interfaces
that align with our brand aesthetics.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best
practices.
• Engage in code reviews and actively participate in team knowledge sharing.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, and implement updates and enhancements.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or
equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6+, React.js, and Next.js.
• Demonstrable experience with real-time chat systems.
• Strong experience with MongoDB and Redis.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration.
• Proficient in frontend development tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM).
• Solid understanding of Git and version control best practices.
• Knowledge of secure authentication and authorization practices.
• Commitment to writing efficient, clean, and reusable code.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with media processing libraries or technologies in the browser.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
