Manage a team of developers ( optional )
Work in an Agile/Scrum & DevOps environment
Document SystemArchitectures & make suggestions for optimizations
Accurately create Mobile apps based on designs provided by our company
Challenge our specifications and advise us, if something does not make sense
Understand complex workflows quickly and make optimisations / fixes
Follow state-of-the-art security methods
Bring value to our users by delivering new features or improving current ones.
Become efficient in our tech stacks.
Contribute to reduce our tech-debts.
Share your knowledge, document and support technical discussions.
Provide inputs for our product, understand and follow our team process.
Proactively support and pair with other team members.
Gives timely, helpful feedback to peers and managers

At least 4 - 5 years experience in developing mobile applications
You are fluent in English.
You have experience to work with Native Apps, ReactNative, Swift and Objective-C
Familiar with Kotlin or Flutter are nice to have
Have knowledge to work and build store, manage environment, integrate lib as well as modify lib for business needs.
