Requirements:

4+ years of professional software development experience;
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
Ruby / Ruby on Rails experience preferred;
Passionate about writing beautiful, maintainable code & tested code;
Good communication skills — both written and verbal;
Take ownership and accountability for your work;
A real appetite for learning and growing, both as a developer and team member.
Good English communication.

Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will be to:

Develop information systems by designing & developing high-performance software solutions;
Apply development standards and start using them on new or existing projects;
Writing and implementing scalable applications;
Contribute to code reviews & documentation;
Investigate and fix bugs reported by our customers or drivers;
Participate in product/feature design and review sessions;
Working closely with other developers, UX designers, product team, and stakeholders;
Mentor more junior members.
