Number: 8 developers
- Mid level: 6 developers (3+ years of experience)
- Senior level: 2 developers (4+ years experience)
Responsibilities:
● Build UI components, libraries, tools, and services that power users, whether they're employers, employees, or internal users
● Drive the initiatives to make our UI component libraries and design systems are consistent, secure, and extensible
● Produce high-quality maintainable code, test it, collaboratively review it and ship it.
● Design, improve and scale our architecture and application design.
● Lead the design discussion with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to develop features that drive our metrics.
Skills required:
- 4+ years of experience building scalable component libraries, design systems, and tools using JavaScript (including React) or TypeScript
- Experience developing and shipping production-grade software
- Experience with front-end test frameworks such as Jest and Mocha
- Strong knowledge of CSS and CSS preprocessors such as SASS, LESS
- Strong knowledge of Frontend application build tools such as Webpack
- Experience with front-end tracking and analytics tools such as Fullstory, CleverTap, and Google Analytics (for Senior level)
Bonus points:
- Experience working with FinTech/B2B startups
- Familiarity with microservices
- Familiarity with Storybook
- Ability to guide a team through refactoring high-throughput legacy code
